USPS express shipping and insurance... help please?

i''ve been searching the forum, most of the responses on USPS shipping is for priority/registered mail?

i would like to ship jewellery overnight back to a seller, can this be done through USPS express and still be insured, registered etc etc? insured amount will be for around $2000

Express Mail up to $5,000 insurance is okay.
