I would like some opinions on these bands; which one do you think would look best with my e-ring?

Here is the my e-ring:

here is candidate #1:

candidate #4:

I am also liking the look of sapphire-diamond eternity bands in YG, but cannot seem to find a picture...

okay, last one is a profile view of the e-ring:

Yes I''d check out www.signedpieces.com many to choose from. Matching the sapphire can be tricky. I like the channel set one with diamonds myself. I love your ering, it''s gorgeous!!!

Hmmm....gorgeous ering!!

I think my fav is the channel set one (#4)...in diamonds. Or better yet...two of them!

For some reason, diamond bands seem more "wedding ringish" to me, and I''d worry about finding a band with sapphires that perfectly match the centerstone...

Have you been to Tiffany''s just to try them on? They are all fabulous but I love #1 the sapphire etoile! Are you planning on wearing them on the same hand because #2 is rather wide and might look better on your right hand- unless it looks good on your fingers. Me I would look even more sausagey fingered

Do you like the all sapphire look or the sapphire and diamond combo? Okay I will stop now as I am not helping

A beautiful ring, my suggestion would be to have a ring made to snug around the engagement ring, for ex: solid gold going around the two diamonds and small to medium diamonds around the shappire. Please, let me know what you think? I think this would inhence your stones but not take away the beauty of your ering.

kicken ering.
I like #4 to go with it.
Id get a 3/4 eternity so it can be resized in that style.

I like #3 (plain gold knife edge Tiffany) or #4 channel set diamonds only. I''m not sure I''d love mixing diamonds & sapphires in the w-band because it could veer toward "jumbled" looking and because it could be tricky to match sapphire color in all lights.

I LOVE LOVE your e-ring and how the sapphire "pops".

I like #3 as well. Stones on your wedding band will try to pry attention from your GORGEOUS e-ring, and that's just not fair! Let those three gorgeous stones stand on their own.

I like #4, and the thought of one on either side of your already beautiful Ering is just too delicious for words. Or what about something like this? Similar to the first one you posted but without the hassle of trying to match sapphire shades.

Yep ! My gal and I faced very similar choices and thats what we ended up thinking too. But we did like option 4 enough that it could be a future RHR anniversary gift or something.

Going aginst the grain here and saying that I LOVE the 1st one!! I just refuse to beleive that one can have too much COLOR!!!

Thanks for all the replies/comments, etc. I am still stuck between the sapphire or diamond etoile band, and the thin channel set diamond band, and lastly, a plain band! Ugh! I think it would be wise to simply try on some styles, as lisaC suggested.

I dont quite understand what you mean Mara54, about the flush band with diamonds? My e-ring is flat on the side so that any band will sit flush up against it.

I vote for 3 or 4 ... I think the knife edge band or the diamond channel set band would look gorgeous next to your ering!

If I understand Mara54 correctly, I think she's talking about a ring jacket or ring guard that your ering would fit inside of, and the jacket would have diamonds on either side of your center sapphire. Since your ring is pretty even, it doesn't necessitate you taking that route unless you wanted to.

Another vote for #3 or 4. I would not want sapphires competing with your gorgeous center stone. And I like a narrow band next to the wider e-ring.

Your ring is SO gorgeous!

Yet another vote for #3 or #4. I don''t like the all sapphire band, because I think it would detract from the center stone; I like bands that highlight sidestones. I also think the gypsy rings might be too wide, thus really competing with your e-ring. I''d rather opt for a plain band or something narrow with just diamonds.

I''d go with #1 but with alternating diamonds and sapphires. I have a .75 marquise sapphire flanked by diamonds as my e-ring and I have a chevron channel set sapphire and diamond band that doesn''t overpower the center stone. Try on styles in a store and you''ll find what look you like. Good luck!

Hi blueberrygirl, again your ring is so beautiful!!!! I guess I really did''nt expalin it very good, sorry about that. I will try again.. here goes...lol You get the same kind of band the way your ering is, but with diamonds going around your pretty shappire. and gold shape around the diamonds. Does this help abit. I know it is hard to explain. The band would be not as thick as your ering but same shape to match/ if you do not like the style of the same band to match with diamonds I then would suggest a gold band with some middle diamonds. Hope this makes sense more for you. I think some of the ideas you are getting are great. Good Luck!!

If it was me I would get number 3, and have a classic and lovely set.

That''s the loveliest engagement ring!

I would also go with something very simple and plain, so as not to distract from it. Of the choices you posted, my favorite is the Tiffany knife-edge. Or a slim, plain, round gold band.

#3 or #4 for the same reasons as everyone else. Actually, I would get both.
