WAiting on a sunny peridot...

Hey all!

I decided to put a nice emerald cut peridot in my old engagement ring setting. I chose the peridot 2 days ago and will have a finished project soon. It''s pretty, 2.26 ct, lovely cut!! It will be in a solitaire catherdarl setting- they are replacing the head with a box for the rectagular stone.

I look forward to sharing the finished result!

Ooooo, Treysar, I can''t wait to see it. I''m sure it will be gorgeous. I have an empty setting that I need to fill. I''m hoping your ring will inspire me. My problem is I just can''t pick a stone, I like them all!

Thasnk guys! I chose peridot becuase it was green and fiance''s birthstone is green ,b ut emerald gren - big difference, however i wanted GREEN and my budget was $200, that''s what turned up! And of the stones htey brought in for me , the emerald cut was my favorite!!
