Thanks guys. neatfreak suggested I call them too, so I did. Last time this happened it was when the sample Sholdt setting was supposed to be delivered. It was attempted during the normal range for my place (between 6-8pm) and they never knocked because my unit # was left off the address label accidentally. It was after the 7pm cutoff when I got an email notification that it was undeliverable so there was nothing they could do (and it was a Friday which made me wait until Monday!). Since the delivery was before 7pm, there is a pickup same day option. No guarantee, but they said to be at the pickup center between 7:30-8:30 tonight...

I.am.devastated. UPS NEVER EVER delivers here before 6-8pm. We went to lunch. THEY FREAKING CAME WHILE WE WERE GONE!

Total paid: $1,877

We had a gold credit for old pieces we sold of $821. The actual setting cost was $1,328. So the total "paid" is $2,698.

The final piece appraised for $,5.950!! More than double what we paid! Thank you Gypsy for all of your help and suggestions along the way. This ring would have NEVER been in budget if not for your help!!
