A few of you may remember I posted a while back about what to do about a Tourmaline I love but it has a small crack in it. Following sage PS advice I had it set into a silver pendant that I get to wear on my birthday

Neither. I'm just an admirer of pretty jewellery since I was a young child playing in grandma's jewellery. Just out of curiosity because of your question. Does it say trade next to my name? I took a very long PS break and just lurked for years and when I logged back in it appeared to say trade next to my name. But nobody was treating me like a trade member so I assumed everybody had it but unless you turned it on specifically nobody could see that tag. But since you asked now I gotta know if people are seeing trade by my name lol.

Yes indeed. It was a lucky find direct from recutter in Mogok Haven't come across any other comparable. No heat/treat. Light inclusions are present but none too obvious and I can live with it.

Here's what I wore today. The stone is a teal sapphire that's quite moody. The overcast day and the yellow gold band I wore with it brought out lighter colors. I was asked it fit was an aquamarine.

Once again, my pictures are awful. I just received some new rings today! The tourmaline is from Bayoto (Instagram), 8.2mm. Blue zircon is from Jeff Davies, 7mm. Settings are from Aurosi on Etsy.

Ive been wearing my precision cut lavender spinel a lot lately. I never wore it that much because it’s a three prong setting and I worry about losing it. I just obtained a new phone so I took a zillion pics of it. I forgot how pretty it is as it was sitting in a bank vault for over a year. Well here it is with my over worn mint merelani which is securely fastened with seven prongs.
