What are you wearing today?! Show me your CS!

You really do Blugemz! I hope you wear them out sometimes too! Gorgeous!
Thank you! I do wear them out when the mood strikes, though they don’t get worn as often as other rings because the stones are more delicate. With the right clothes on, the huge turquoise ring is just the right piece because itt feels like more than a ring. Almost reminds me of those henna designs on hands...it makes use of all of the space on the hand in a different way. The coral ring is my favorite of the 2 because it’s amazingly comfortable and has a low profile. It’s like a huge, flat flower which glides across the space of the fingers. That one has a feeling of peace and harmony in the proportions to me. That one gets worn most often because I’ve found that it’s great with office attire.

Wearing my emerald cabochon, black star sapphire cab, and wonky self-set rhodolite garnet ring (hey! You live and you learn haha) all set in yellow gold!
Im loving this strange color combo- also ignore my swollen morning fingers! I sleep in my rings so that happens.

I’ve not been buying anything new while waiting for a project. So nothing new, but wearing this star sapphire ring with this jade bangle, which I bought to ‘go’ with the ring.

Simple opal bracelet I got on a visit to Australia in 2002 for a school exchange trip. This was my first jewelry purchase ever!

My pink spinel studs from Yvonne arrived today! The color is more vivid in person, but you can get an idea from my unskillful pictures. Please excuse my freshly washed, unruly hair, lol ;-)

I have this small display of glass and stone animals in a bowl of little nephrite and jasper pebbles from the beach. Most of my glass animals have been taken by my daughters, so not many left lol! The little hearts are cabs of lepidolite which my husband cut, and a selenite heart.

Thank you!!!! The full display is huge! This is the gemstone area. My 8 year old plays with them a lot.

I love the little green whale! So cool that he cut the lepidolite!
Thanks! He has made a few hearts, one larger holding stone which I keep with me in my purse. I was thinking that the little ones might look good as little dangly earrings if they get bezels. To material is symbolic for us and it’s fun to go through the whole process of finding it and cutting and then enjoying it.

I imagine that your crystal display is amazingly beautiful, like a mini world!

I was SUPPOSED to make a 5 stone ring... but I got lazy and popped these 3.5 mm spinels into earrings. It was surprisingly easy to do.

:kiss2:It looks awesome, good job! You should start your own thread about colored stone projects, too!

Thank you! Maybe later when I actually have a real project.

This is beautiful! I’d love to find a ring to go with my moonstone bracelet sometime. I love the look of yours. Thanks for sharing. Somehow the stone seems especially fitting to longer, warmer days and clear blue skies!

Thank you, I actually wear it a great deal in cloudy weather because it doesn’t have to sparkle.

20190315_151351-1.jpg This just came today! 10mm AAAA clear amethyst beads, turquoise and lapis. It is from a very reputable vendour on Etsy. I love it and own nothing like it! I like it better with gold hoops like in the last photo.
