Wore these to dinner with Lil Sis. I'm amazed at how well the rubellite stacks up against the ruby! It's approximately 5 times bigger in size for a fraction of the price! So so so grateful that I bought this!

Hehe at the time of buying I actually had no idea that red was prized in rubellite. Vendor picked this one out. I kept asking about random heavily included pink stones while the poor vendor was like: I don't think these included stones are a good idea!

I don’t wear CS very much but have been lurking in the CS forum so felt inspired!

It’s an octagonal amethyst (quite dark, especially because the setting is closed at the back) with a ring of what I *think* are green tourmalines.

It’s set in solid RG so is a heavy ring, and is by the British jeweller Hattie Rickards.
