Saw this new collection and couldn't resist getting it. Never read the book but look at the colors, the packaging, the mini bottles! I had to put it on right away. The formula on the darkest grey, Dark Side of the Mood, was difficult to work with and took 3 coats to look even and opaque. But the end result is great and I love the color. I'll probably add the sparkly shade on top for NYE.

Nice job on layering 3 polishes! I'm a fan of texture so I was surprised they decided to discontinue pixiedusts. I guess the market is saturated as every line has been making them for a few years now.

Thanks! Unfortunately, the glitter made the polish chip off very quickly so I had to take it off.

I dont have any pictures but I have to tell you I was at the dollar store and I found the most wonderful red nail polish, the perfect red glitter color, I just love it...ok it was at the dollar store lol...it is Wet N Wild, Taking The Red-eye..it cost a whopping $3.00 I had no hope that it would last more then a day or two before it chipped..boy was I wrong...I did my nails on Dec 23 and there was a little chipping after 3 or 4 days..but it just needed a light touch up..it finally starting looking pretty crappy yesterday! I have never had nail polish look that good for that long and it was so cheap!!! lol dont know if it was a fluke or not...but I am thinking I might have to try more..it lasted much longer then my "good" nail polish! I should have taken a picture..I just didnt think about it!

This post is missing a picture! But seriously, I have one W-n-W polish and it's amazing. I was buying cold medicine last year at a pharmacy and got it for 99 cents. Great wide brush and lasts a while.

Ohh, I like the glitter effect here.

Does anyone have a good suggestion for Pantone's 2015 color, Marsala, in nail polish? Not too crazy about Marsala to begin with but thought I'd give it a try.

I never tried a polish with sparkle before but thanks to ForteKitty (thanks ForteKitty!) I ordered a few of them this past July and finally applied one of them on my toes last week. Took a quick pic during my Pilates Reformer session LOL. Zoya Dream. It's a dark blue with some pixie dust in the mix. Sparkly but subtle and blue. Not sure the sparkle is showing up in the pics so adding a closer shot.

I apologize wholeheartedly for showing my ugly toes LOL but I don't apply polish to my fingernails usually so it's the only way I can share the color with you guys. And to add these pics with all your gorgeous professional looking manicures is really embarrassing but here it is anyway.

This is a very very pink red with a foily finish - I'll have to check for dupes, but nothing comes to mind right away.
