What color polish are you rocking right now?

Lacquer Lust Pumpkin Spice and some old random Revlon top coat with little glass flecks. The iridescent flecks are not showing up in my photos ....need the sun for that.

Essie Gel Couture Stitch by Stitch

I can agree with the previous posts - the brush in the Gel Couture line is much much much better than the usual Essie brushes!

Keep them coming guys!
I am not wearing any polish now since my nails finally started peeling and tearing after changing the nail color basically every other day for the last two months. I clipped my nails super short and I'm just going to wear nail strengtheners for a while.

Does anybody have recommendations for a top coat that is NOT Seche Vite or Seche Vive. I'd been using Seche Vite for several years now, recently switched to Seche Vive, I've always had love/hate relationship with these. I love it for how quick it dries, the glossiness and the self leveling action. I also hate it for shrinkage (has become unacceptable to me in this regard) and a lot of my polishes seem to react with it, resulting in color change. Plus it not being a 3-free formula really sucks so I am ditching it finally. Are there any good 3-free top coats? I used to use OPI, China Glaze, Orly top coats which sucked in comparison to Seche (chipped fast, took ages to dry, etc).

I love that color for summer, and the shape of your nails. I need to grow my for that, though.

The name of this polish is too funny!

Weather is miserable here. This one is called “Pit of Despair”

@Cockatiel, I use CND Air Dry top coat. Have been happy with it as it dries quickly, doesn't shrink polish and leaves a glossy finish. Not sure if it's 3 free. My bottle of Seche has been sitting unused once I started using CND.

Thanks! I've read good things about CND top coats like Super Shiney and Speed. I'll look out for Air Dry as well. And I know they are 3-free so that's even better.

Speaking of 3 free, I went a bit crazy and threw out many bottles of old polish and top coats and nail hardeners which I could not verify as 3 free. More than 50 bottles for sure.....Seche Vite has been very temperamental lately with me, and have changed the colors of some light colored cremes polishes upon application. It was turning off whites to pistachios, etc. I read up about it and some people speculated that since it is not 3 free, it has different plasticizer that may not be so compatible with some 3 free polishes. I was already iffy about using it because of the toluene in it, and got really turned off when I realized what kind of unknown chemical reaction it could be engaging with unknown byproducts, when it was turning the colors. So that was kind of the last straw for me with Seche Vite so I threw out both Seche Vite and Vive as well as the older polishes. Especially nail hardeners like Nail Envy which has formaldehyde. I don't even like formaldehyde resins but they are so common and still present in OPI and China Glaze varnishes. It was probably an overkill....but now I have room for more products and an excuse to stock up again!

@Cockatiel do you use cuticle/nail oil? My nails have been so much better when I started using it.

Yep I use oil. But I wash my hands so many times a day bc of work so I feel like I am constantly dehydrating everything anyways. Anyways they aren't that damaged...not like I just took off acrylic nails lolol.

@Cockatiel I hope you didn't throw out old black label OPIs. They're collectors items and go for good money on ebay.

Na I didn't have the really old vintage OPIs. Threw out OPI top coats and hardners as well as Sephora OPI. Old label China Glaze were garbaged. Some old Orly too. 10+ years ago I was using MAC, Chanel, Dior mostly so they were garbaged.

OPI Magazine Cover Mouse. It's a textured polish. Haven't worn it in a while and forgot how bright it is:sun:.

Is that a new (i.e., *relatively* newly acquired) polish Baby Monster? I love textured polish for my toes but I can't find it anywhere lately except a Revlon version that I have to buy online, and it only comes in a few colors. I loved OPI liquid sand, however all the ones I see now are from about 5 years ago... I just ordered a three pack mini from the Mariah collection that looks like it was from X-mas of 2013, but desperate times, desperate measures!

@Dee*Jay that one is from 2013 but I just checked on ebay and it's still available there. Polish doesn't go bad so I wouldn't hesitate to buy a new bottle there. But I also saw promos for OPI special summer collection and it looks like there will be some textured polishes there. So keep an eye out for those.
ETA: Looks like it's already available online http://www.polishpick.com/inc/sdetail/opi_pop_culture_polish/42932/42935

Mariah knows her polish! I have 5 of the lighter liquid sands from her collection but my favorite shade is Make Him Mine.

Love that neon pink. Beautiful nails and hands. I am rocking sky blue on my toes. Nada on the fingers.

OPI Chasing Rainbows to cover up many ugly :sick::sick: coats of Essie nail strengthener.

My first attempt at a French manicure with Sensationail Gel. I didn’t use the premade tips or any guides, all freehand so it’s not amazing. Think I’m going to jazz it up a bit later but DF and his mum were waiting to go out.

I Seafood I Eat It (OPI). This is a regular mani, and on day 6, which is unheard of for me. I have been putting a coat of Nailtiques on every day and I guess it’s working!

Oh wow that's impressive. Did you use it like a to coat over polish?
