What colored stone are you currently looking for?

Holy grail is a neon Paraiba cab.

Apart from the ones waiting to be cut at Jeff White's, I am hoping to get a pair of Aqua drops for earrings.

I have a couple more lab stones to set but after that, I might focus on the mined ones. Not sure what but they'd have to be on the less expensive side since I like larger stones but also need to keep my spending somewhat in check. I'm also considering what colors I don't already have. I have a light pink stone, dark pink, blue-green and green so far, so something besides those. Maybe a tourmaline, garnet, zircon or beryllium treated yellow sapphire.

A deep pink orange spinel with silk. Always looking for those. I’m so bummed LT is down if anyone has one list them in Preloved!

That sound very pretty, I don't think I have seen one, I imagine the silk makes it glow.

Emeralds are my favorite and the 1st loose stone I ever bought that got me started in this rabbit hole of gems and jewelry.

I think I have some of those in my gem trays, if I do I will take a pic and post. I seem to remember getting them many years ago.

There are definitely some stunning tourmaline and garnet colors out there. I would love to find a natural yellow sapphire as well.
 
A large saturated chrysoberyl. Seen a few potential candidates but I am very fussy.
And a few smaller collector gems - like a chrome Russian sphene.
 
Really, I need to set my little pile of spinels. Most are a variation of red or pad.
I've been pining a truly top neon red spinel. I have a few really nice reds, one stoplight, but no true blinking *neon*. I was getting close to the ransom demanded, too. But- and there is always a but, my oldest needed another car and well, college starts in the fall. So, he gets a car which I have dubbed The Jedi. Rinse and repeat shortly for the youngest. There goes the next ten years.

Realistically I'll probably scratch this itch with labs, set the small spinel collection 'cheapish' so they can be worn, and call it a day at some point.

I am looking for a greenish aqua to complete an ombré collection I have of paraiba, aqua, and emerald. Hard to find since most aqua has been heated to remove the green!

I am in the same boat, I have trays of loose stones and need settings but prices are so high right now to have anything made

This setting cost $380 (tax and S&H included). I budget for 10k and moissanite, but if you’re set on diamonds and high karat gold or plat, then $$$$$.

Yes, I always get at least 14K and diamonds so it's $$$, I'm picky like that, lol
 
I’ve been casually looking for a cushion cut emerald for the last couple of years. However, prices right now are insane so I’m holding off, unless the perfect candidate strolls on by. I just bought myself a lighter colored emerald to hold me over. Now I just have to figure out how to set it. :D
 
I have three sapphires to set but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't on the look out for:
- an 8mm reddish stone (spinel and ruby are probably out but a decent rubelite mebbe)
-Always on the perpetual hunt for a Pad or pad colored spinel but so may false starts.
-a large Aqua emerald cut
