I'm in GA but not north. Prices cooling here. Realtor friend says this month she's had 5 contracts broken by buyers walking away. As an investor that doesn't hurt my feelings a bit. But I'm not a seller. Good luck to you! I would think the fall is a great time to sell there. So beautiful!

I'm seeing the same frenzy in my area, too. It's a bit mind-boggling, but low-interest rates and people reevaluating their housing needs during the pandemic seems to be driving the surge. I guess everyone's looking for a change of scenery! You could hire a Mortgage Broker in Weston-super-Mare to find the best spot yourself. Good luck!
