I don't remember the number, but I read somewhere that the tariffs will bring trillions of dollars into the American Treasury, that is if it all even gets there.

Now that America's Great Again (and all those pesky departments and government employees have been flushed down the toilet) they don't have to bb paid.
Yippee! that means more money for ............ ?????

Surely our taxes go way down, and the national debt be paid off.
And, oh, but, I wonder whether any entity has independent oversight for windfall in the trillions.

Surely there's no chance that a big honcho in government would skim off few million, or billion, from those trillions, for themself and their loyal friends.
