Ok. She took a video and it is about to rain and she made it clear this is a favor she is not enjoying lol. “I’m not enthusiastic about diamonds” is what she said. (Bang my head against the wall)

She was moving her hand fast so I did the best I could to grab shots from the video. Some pics I think look pretty good, but others bother me.

I won’t see the darn thing until Monday afternoon!!

It’s a keeper. It’s beautiful

The color is soft white, sometimes a hint of ivory. Given that it is a M, I would still say it is white.

The steps don’t go all on and off. It’s lovely.

I am unreasonably liking the light yellows... - perhaps because no other stone looks as good as diamonds in the lightest shades, to me.

@whitewave I absolutely positively love the diamond! You know I am an old cut diamond gal, so I adore the warm, creamy, ivory hues and the lovely understated elegance of the steps. The steps are beautiful! Cannot wait to see what type of setting you choose to design for it! It is lovely.

I think it needs a thin rose gold (maybe yellow, but I’m thinking rose or pink gold) bezel and then a sparkly white gold halo.

Kind of like this:


But I’d rather a plain band. And a more refined halo. Less chunky.
