I just got my new LGD ring, and the band is a comfort fit. That makes it a little taller than my previous ring, and my current wedding band looks a bit flat next to it. I am looking at getting a regular height (not high and not low dome) platinum comfort fit band to go with it. What looks better, the 2 mm or the 3 mm? The gold is the 2 mm and the platinum is the 3 mm.

If 3 mm, I have been wanting to get the Brian Gavin scattered band in 3 mm. I tried on a 4 mm dupe of the Tiffany Etoile and it just looked too wide. Thanks for your opinions!

If you are looking for a match, go with 2mm. 3 mm does not look bad, though. Sounds like you want that BG band so maybe go for that and if you want to try a 2 mm in the future you can still stack the BG or wear it on your right hand.

I like the BG one, adds some interest. Do you have the details on your center stone? Its gorgeous.

I like the way the 2mm one looks on your hand

I really do want that BGD band...the etoile (style) is something I keep going back to...

I think that sleek accent band would look amazing with the other two rings in 2 mm

I’ve been looking at rhinos LGD! Are you happy with yours?

I am definitely happy with it! I can’t find a flaw with it. It has beautiful sparkle. I did consider other vendors because his private reserve is a bit more expensive, but ultimately since this was my first LGD purchase, I just wanted to know that an expert had already vetted these in person. However, I think if you have a James Allen (or other) store near you, you could totally have them bring in several that you think are good contenders and then examine them in-store to see which one you like best. I just don’t trust my own eyes so I wanted to go with the guaranteed choice.

And now I also want the Cartier Trinity XS. I need to slow down!

I want the Cartier trinity and JUC as well lol. Well you could always go with the 2mm and then get a "bonus" fun band like the Cartier or the BG and use on the right hand or change out the wedding band for some options.
