What motivates you to change?
Someone tells you that you need to?
You read about something that sounded like a good idea to try?
Fed up of the same old, same old, and tired of being in a rut?
Circumstances beyond your control?
Etc. etc...
Being the middle child with over-bearing parents, I grew up being a rebel, and seldom listened to my parents or anyone else.
Of the significant changes in my adult life, the majority were instigated by the realisation that unless I did something to address the issues, then the situations could only get worse and worse. I am never one to sit around moping and feeling sorry for myself; and if I do, it does not last long.
Once I have decided a change is required, I would set the ball rolling, and do not dwell on whether I have made the right decision or not. One door closes another one opens; onwards and upwards; etc. etc...
So what motivates you to change?
