Demantoid Garnet !!!

I would like a Popcicle Blue/Green Tourmaline, Pad Sapphire (yes Linda) if I could find the right color and Paraiba Tourmaline ... my DH might be going to Nigeria to work ... want him to bring some Paraibas back????

Isn''t it funny how our list gets longer.Just scratch off the top gem and add to the bottom...never ending...LOL!!!!

I would have to say three: a 5 - 8 ct. Russian, cushion alexandrite, columbine red to green...,
a 1.8 to 2.8 ct. Russian, pure green cushion demantoid (no yellow and not too dark)
and a 10 to 12 ct. pure green (no yellow or brown) peridot cushion...

a stunning large pink tourmaline, a pink diamond, an emerald cut Colombian emerald, a cushion cut pinky/red ruby, (Burmese?) and maybe a huge aquamarine...

Mmm, this is interesting. The colored stones board could get addictive.

I think I''d be pretty happy with:

an emerald cut emerald
cushion cut sapphire ring with diamond half moons
a ruby or a spinel in that perfect red that I''m dreaming about-cushion or step cut
for fun, a dark, Victorian garnet cocktail ring

I would like to have a super light blue sapphire - like 5 carats and oval - in a diamond halo. Very light blue but not like topaz or aqua.... that soft barely baby blue that you can find sometimes in sapphires...

After spending a couple of hours on the Natural Sapphire Co. site, I want an excellent blue sapphire (my birthstone), and a pink, and yellow, and lavendar, maybe green, maybe a pad if I can find a good one that I can afford. I might have to go to a spinel to get a red stone. But I like the hardness of sapphire for rings. And I'd like the blue one to be a cushion, and the others can be oval, emerald cut, etc. This should keep me occupied for about the next 5-6 years!
