Sorry, Musey. I answered yr Q on dinner and said I'd answered DF's Q on another thread. That DF, he's on my brain, as is he on most PS'ers', I am sure, ha ha!!

.

I am not really a breakfast person. Most of the time, i just have 3 cups of decaf cappuccino's and that's it!!

At the weekend though, I LOVE DH's pancakes/ waffles/ eggs (free range organic only) and bacon (English back bacon, is there any other kind?!! tee heee)/ sautee mushrooms, asparagus, tomatoes, zuchini but not all at the same time!!

Oh and freshly squeezed juice, please, any kind, but particularly guava, watermelon, honeydew melon.

For special occasions, or for once-in-a-while get-togethers, we do (vintage) champagne brunch at our local five star hotel(s), yuummmmm....

Oh, I love breakfast...
Weekdays it is either cereal w/ a banana or an egg with toast.

Weekends, I like to make homemade waffles or biscuits or pancakes. I like doing the pancakes in shapes...here is a picture of my Santa pancakes:

Special Occasions: Brunch out at a nice hotel nearby that offers one along with a jazz band...very nice!

This is what keeps me full and happy every morning, a double fiber Thomas English muffin 2 slice canadian bacon and egg whites.

I use to love cereal but for some reason it makes me sick. Maybe once a year or 2x a year I will eat french toast or pancakes for breakfast.

eta: Steph, that picture of your son is adorable; he looks like he is saying "yay mom made me pancakes!" Very cute!

I like over medium eggs that I can cut up and mix in with hashbrowns and cut up pieces of sausages. Yum!

That and coco krispies LOL

most days = coffee and fruit
special days = coffee, turkey sausage, eggs, maybe blueberry pancakes
every day = coffee! : )

Thanks, Musey and Skippy....he will eat anything if it''s cut into a cool shape!

I usually have muesli or banana with yoghurt. For a special occasion-full Irish fry.
