When does Leon go on vacation?

I'm saving for the setting of my dream and plan to have him set it in July next year. I've read that he's on hol for that whole month. Is that true?

I believe there may a big gem show in Las Vegas around that time, then he takes some vacation time in July (maybe not quite the whole month - but then again maybe so). It could be that not only he takes vac. then but he may have his employees take it then. I'd schedule for June or Aug.
