Not sure if you already found your sub-carat warm diamond or if you're open to an oval shape, but in his Instagram Stories this morning @premiergemstones showed what a appears to be a nice-looking 0.70ct L-SI1 oval-cut diamond for $685. FWIW I've bought from him more than once, and returned once -- he's a solid reputable vendor.
