Sparkalicious, your mileage may of course vary but for me, I quit wearing those hollow gold bracelets entirely and am sorta turned off by bangles in general now because I just have this impression of them being more susceptible than flexible bracelets.

That sounds more dramatic than I mean to.

Mileage, huh, Addlepated ... pretty cute. Don't let my exuberance fool you.

I actually wear a couple of bracelets and love them. I only have one bangle. It is one from a collection of gold bracelets that my dad gave my mom as a wedding present. I love it, however, do get annoyed when it gets bent out of shape.
I would love to add one of these to my collection even if that means I can only wear it every now and then. This being said, I'm also on the trail of a nice tennis bracelet to replace a bracelet that I have worn/loved to death ...
So many baubles ... so little time.
Thanks for your input ... I think that for some pretty legit reasons, I may be "forced" to go with the Tiffany's bracelet.

Personally I much prefer the smooth clasp on the Tiffany but.... it''s not my wallet!

I think if the clasp doesn''t bother you, and you aren''t looking for a Tiffany bangle, then it''s the WF hands down. Who knows what you could get with the other $1455

That''s exactly the point! You hit the nail on the head Gemma. I think I know that I want the Tiffany bracelet, however, the thought of being able to purchase something else with the $1,455 difference is holding me back.
Maybe the trick will be finding something perfect to covet for $1,455 and then I''ll have no problem going with the other bangle, right?

GO to a B&M ... even if it''s a mall store and just try stuff on for fun and ask them to see any ideal cut AGS & GIA graded stones ... if they have them, great ... if not, just try on stuff for fun, right? No harm in that.

The bangle is a sore point for me ... I really want the Tiffany one but don''t think I can justify it to myself right now. I love all the different points of view everyone has shared. At least now I can better understand the price difference and can reconcile that it may be somewhat justified and not simply price gauging.

Trying to prioritize. I really want approx 1.5 - 1.80 ctw diamond studs & a diamond pendant and I''ve got a love jones for a CUSHION and am trying to figure out what I could do with one if I''m not using it as a center stone for an ering. Trying to figure out what is going to come first and how I''m going to do all of this and not end up living in a box on the street with all my lovely bling.
