I mean, this band is staying for sure but this one is the one I said I would sell if I kept the band:

@stracci2000, well you just have to see it in person and you’re in luck because tomorrow we are celebrating our 14 year old’s birthday. So stop by and have some cake and we can play dress up!

No worries, it’s a welcome distraction actually. Today in particular though has been tough. Pandemic, school politics, an a less than responsive principal...stop the ride!

Thanks @AnastasiaBeaverhausen and @Efleon, it is really great to find a band that works so well with existing rings :)

I don’t have any hand shots of the other ring @Efleon because that ring needs to be resized and the yellow old mine cut took priority over that one.
 
That’s just gorgeous @YadaYadaYada, that’s exactly what I’ve been looking for, I’d love a single cut band. You always find such great things.

The secret here is that a lot of single cut eternities are just listed as a diamond band or diamond eternity. So you really have to look at all the pictures to see the faceting.

I sold three bands that were not eternities to buy this and it’s worth it to me because I will wear this more than the other bands.
 
This doesn't compare to Yada's eternity band!
But I have been finding millifiore glass paperweights lately.
I like paperweights, and have a small collection. There is something so alluring about a shiny handful of solid glass.

It has been quite the experience having my car die and car shopping. We literally have been car shopping Thursday night, all day Friday, all day Saturday, Sunday afternoon and Monday night. Whew! It has been a time.

Anyways, it isn’t jewelry or anything we normally see here but this is my haul for today. It’s a 2017 Mazda CX-9 in dark blue. After driving the same car for 13 years (bless that Highlander) this is quite the upgrade!
