I have a few friends who lie about things. They have said their bf took them to Tiffany''s and bought them tons of things and that their bf bought them diamond earrings that were clearly from claires, they were totally fake and would have been about 7 c each. (At this point, many years ago, we were about 18 and her bf was 1
Some girls are completely ridiculous about these things.

Girls lie to impress other girls I guess and to make them jealous and possibly to fulfill crazy fantasies that they may have.

who knows she needs serious help. what an idiot.

My first thought is that I bet those earrings are CZs! Good ridance is all I can say, and he should pack up everything for her, put her stuff in the hall or deliver it to her office, and change the locks ASAP. Maybe he and your other friend will get together. At least he got out before they got married, that would have been one nasty divorce.

So last night I was talking to my friend Jenna (you know the one who was given the huge fake ring) and she said it hurts like hell in the beginning but in the end your realize that your life is so much better without them. She is dating (no one seriously) and is just having fun being single again. She''s met Jonathon before although both were in relationships....mmmmmm...I wonder!!!!!! I told bf about your guys suggestions to play matchmaker and he just laughed and said go easy!

Princess V - they dated for about 10 months I think, maybe less? I''m not quite positive as I don''t know when they got serious with each other. I know they knew each other longer but she was with ''David'' her rich ex. Come to think of it, we never really found out why they ended it. She always said she broke up with him but you never know, he could dumped her for being a nutcase!

Appletini, as for the earrings being CZ I wouldn''t put it past her but I''ll never know for sure. I do know that she was constantly buying things she couldn''t afford which was a great source of tension with Jonathon. As I mentioned before, she coveted anything ''in'' and God forbid if I happened to have it (courtesy of work LOL!). She would demand Jonathon buy it for her and if he refused she would go out and get it for herself so the earrings could of been real?
