I just came back from visiting Chris at the Whiteflash office in Houston. Had a wonderful experience. Chris was very knowledgeable and had a lot of patience. I had many questions and he answered all of them and came up with some great ideas for my projects. I went in wanting a thin diamond wedding band and Chris had 2 trays of different rings for me to look at and try on ! I ended up choosing the Allegro in D. That matched my engagement ring the best.
While I was discussing the problems I had with the head of my engagement ring which I bought a B & M store, such as prongs breaking, stone not being set straight, prongs crooked, etc. He said we can fix it for you and he suggested they change it with a head from the Sierra setting! The cost was reasonable and best of all, I knew that he was going to fix it right
My ring is a cushion cut and I was telling him how I wish I could see in person chunky cushion cuts and he said we have them here, want to see one? It was absolutely gorgeous! I told him I didn't know Whiteflash carried chunky cushions and he showed me the stone on their website. The pictures do not do it justice!
