Wondering how 1 ct. round solitaire looks on size 8 finger.

My boyfriend and I are in the process of picking out a ring for his proposal. I have size 8 fingers and have always thought that would require a larger stone, but I don't want anything gaudy. We have settled on a 1 ct. round solitaire in a Tiffany setting. I am curious if anyone out there has something similar and the same or larger hand size. If so, would you please post pics?

Not round, but princess, 1.01 on a size 8.5, I do not have a picture of just the ering alone.'

Think I can help you out here. I've got a 1.10ct Eightstar that used to be in a 6 prong Tiffany setting. (It's in my pendant now) Here's a few pics. My ring size is 8.5

I think it's better to have an halo or large setting for more coverage. I'm a size 9... horrible...I know...
