WTB Old Mine Cut Cluster

I'm sorry the other one didn't work out for you in the end. But what you found was very pretty. I am not familiar with their pricing structure. Is it more similar to Jewels by Grace, Ivy and Rose, or Lang? Possibly considering a large stone purchase but I just kind of assumed that they would be out of my budget because they don't post any prices.

I would put Larry in the same category as Grace. Not as high as Lang for sure. I would absolutely contact him although I don't think he has much in the way of loose stones. He tends to be more interested in in-tact authentic antique pieces. His communication can be a bit spotty, but he has great stuff.

Thanks! I would prefer an intact piece if possible. I'm looking at something that's hopefully at least 10.5 mm though, and a lot of times they have been taken out of the settings already. Once I get a bit closer to that time I'll probably reach out to him.

They do have a awesome things I also wish they would post prices and they’ve been saying for a long time that they’re going to have a website but it has never happened. I inquired about a vertical ring that had three transitional stones and it was 10 K.

It's really hard when they don't post anything for pricing. Sako posts some prices, so you have an idea of it. I know he's my go to guy and he does it too, but he does post prices on things occasionally so you have a rough idea if you look back.

I hate feeling like I'm wasting someone's time by asking when there is no indication.

I wish the vendors that did this would do the dollar sign or star systems like you would see in travel books for hotel and food prices. Like one diamond is x to y, two is generally x to y, and on up, with ranges. The could even be larger ranges as the piece gets bigger. But, something would help.

I wish people would just post the pricing while it is for sale. I completely understand taking down the price once sold. Sometimes this whole hide the ball game is exhausting. Even if I can afford the piece once they tell me the price, I am more likely to just buy something when the price is out there. People are still going to shop around, regardless of if they have to ask for the price, or if it is out there.

Even when vendors say -oh you're not bothering me by asking the price, it can still be frustrating. While I don't want to waste their time, I don't want to waste mine either!

Occasionally I feel like vendors don't want to post a price because they want to be able to tell people different things. Transparency makes things much easier for me.

They actually do have their website up and running, but it clearly doesn't have most of their inventory on it. I'm hoping they expand it over time.

I, too, wish vendors would post prices! It feels uncomfortable asking the same vendor for prices on multiple pieces only to find they are out of range.
