it’s a lovely design and I’m sure OWD will do a wonderful job of it.

remove that thought - and my first reaction would be not really easily seeing any piercework (?) like this done by OWD, to see how it’s typically finished out. That would be my only concern - knowing what ballpark range of end product to assume I’d be getting with a custom project.

I have an old three stone setting that is not pierced like that, but has a floral gallery that is more stylized than they normally do. They did a nice job. I am going to melting that setting down, I think, but it was nice. I would post a picture but I have not had it with me over a year.

And I like lever back style earrings.
14K Diamond earrings, 14K white gold, approx .15 total carat weight, round brilliant cut diamonds, lever back, 4 claw hanging stud earrings.
The seller is asking for $295 CAD
These are a vintage pair.
What do people think here about these?

And might the final item look like when finished.
Am not a jeweller so I 'm not familiar with those type of designs for jewellery.
And I'm sure it will be lovely when it's finished.

Here’s a CAD rendering as it will appear when finished except the prongs are not set.

I think the pierce work is going to be just lovely, I'm really excited to see it as I don't come across many with that particular kind of detail. Plus, the diamond, obviously.

Yellow gold bracelet pictured here. I’m using one of my Marla Aaron baby locks as a clasp to save wear & tear on the old padlock.

No photos of the rose gold one yet, as it’s technically a birthday gift & I am supposed to forget about it until next month.

I am liking the idea of building a bracelet stack of these.

That looks to me like a charm bracelet.

This beauty has made its way into my life!
It’s a 4.93 Q-R VS1 OEC and is off being set in 18 kt YG with platinum head.

That is absolutely stunning! PS has really made me fall in love with OEC’s - I have plans to get one some day. Until then, I’m so glad I can drool over everyone elses!

Typical of some of the padlock bracelet styles.
There are others types too which I have seen in jewellery stores and also online.
There are also smaller versions of the padlock bracelets for those who prefer a smaller sized bracelet on their wrist.

Naturally, I shall get myself something to celebrate: a work bag with wheels and a piece of bling.

Not sure what bling to get yet, however, it is most likely to be a copy of the much-loved Greek key bracelet with some paved diamonds that I have lost!

I just bought a karen walker brooch (pin)
i really wanted it in the 'medal' style but that's been discounted has has this pin but i was able to snap it up for just under $100 including delivery

Every body had the necklase

but i really wanted it to pin on a coat (even though i prefer to shiver all winter rather than wear a coat)

Snapped up these amethyst studs. The stones are antique, transitional cut, and have the loveliest purple/pink/blue flashes. In modern made vintage inspired double prong settings.
