The bezels don’t…Ugh..I was multitasking..Sorry @nala but the bezels doesn’t look well made. The sapphires are really dark. I know you said you like that they appear black…but this ring in no way compares to the top quality rings you have.
What do you think of it stacked? I feel like it gives edgy vibes! The juxtaposition of it allAs a chuck-on-and-don’t-worry-while-you’re-wearing-it ring, I actually really like it., but only if the sapphires are truly that dark irl (weird as that sounds!) and if the price is okay for the quality. It’s not fine workmanship as others have said, but the outline shape is pleasing to my eye and I love monochrome.
I’m not usually a fan of two statement rings stacked together - I prefer a star and a supporting cast - but these two do work, I think. I prefer it by itself though because you see the unusualness more. Is it a keeper?!
I’ve made an unexpected purchase during our holiday. I was looking for a long time for rose gold diamond earrings matching my rose gold key pendant (not Tiffany, just inspired).
As I was browsing the shops this little beauty caught my eye:
It’s a cluster style, and has altogether 1 carat. I know, not everyone is a fan of cluster earrings, but I was looking for something affordable and suitable for everyday use. They just fit the bill.
And here a few earshots:
If you are not over the moon, don't keep it. It is lovely and unique and if you don't mind the darker sapphires and it didn't break the bank, then maybe it is a keeper.
So I am finally getting around to posting pics of my recent purchases. The diamond cross has really been quite the happy surprise!! I love how underneath the diamonds it appears to have a black rhodium giving it a little of a Gothic look. The Florentine diamond ring is just beautiful with the floral edges in white gold and the sparkly single cut diamond. Both from Ebay.
The last ring I have yet to receive. It is from an Etsy seller. I just love two tone jewelry!
Classic and beautiful!

Having made my way through the most hideous surgery I've every experienced, I'm celebrating by setting my gorgeous peridot. She's the biggest, most beautiful one in the photo below. I vaguely recall her being something like 8.6mm and she's going into a platinum setting surrounded either by 12 pt or 20pt diamonds. I have both, and I'd prefer to use the 20 pt stones, but we'll have to work out if they fit, otherwise it will be the 12pt diamonds. So the diamond cluster will be somewhere between 1.2ctw and 2ctw.
