I've been able to persuade DW to start wearing her bling on Saturday nights, even if it's only for dinner at home with me.

Thanks, @prs ! I've actually been wearing some extra bling during WFH these days, but hopefully we will be back to cocktail parties before too much longer. The setting is from a Chinese vendor on eBay. I was surprised by how nice it was (I wasn't expecting much considering the price). It is 14k white gold with diamond melee (some have florescence and they I tested as diamonds with my tester). The melee are super tiny and the band is very thin (less than my 1.8mm e-ring setting), so probably not durable enough for every day wear.

I am so excited! I just approved the final CAD for a diamond bangle by DKJ. I have always wanted one that I can wear daily and have spent hours pouring over the posts of others to figure out the right size. David sent a model to try on which really helped. The stones will be 14 to 15 points, D/E color and vs plus clarity. I have seen so many beautiful bracelets. So looking forward to getting mine.

Just finished this low budget project. The topaz is from @RunningwithScissors (thanks again!), the setting is a cheap-o from ebay, and my local jeweler set it. It actually came out nicer than I expected. Just a fun cocktail ring for when we are able to do cocktail parties again. Hope everyone has a nice Thanksgiving!

First choice vendor that has a no cad policy (sounds very appealing to me right now) and I love their aesthetic, think it could be tweaked easily to fit right in their style
But they declined due to brilliant melee and pear shapes

I quite like those rings , but they are very common herem the GM reads less conservative than the other ones to me. Considering stacking with my 0.33 each eternity. ... I'll try that out..

Posted about this in the CS forum, but excited about my first emerald project so thought I’d share here too. I recently purchased a ring with a Colombian emerald (vivd ”Muzo“ green w/insignificant oil per GRS report). My local jeweler is removing the emerald, which will be reset into a simple bezel ring. Should be complete in a couple weeks.

I love the ribbon ring as is! The emerald is so beautiful! I can’t wait to see the bezel setting!

I have been faffing around looking for an every day rose gold bracelet all year, and my heart fell for this one as soon as I saw it. I first saw it months ago (from an Australian Etsy seller) and it sold. I was a bit sad, but in no position to buy it at that time. I was perusing Etsy recently, and there was a new one in stock. It's on its way here and will go straight under the Christmas tree, so I won't be seeing it for a few weeks yet.
