I’m think I’m just going to go full drama with this one and set it like Liz Taylor’s engagement ring. It’s always been my favorite Asscher and unless I win the Powerball, I’ll never have a diamond big enough to set like that.

I had him throw this one in just because. They’re both a bit more gray than I normally like, but I have a bunch of aquas, so I might as well collect the whole color spectrum. No idea on how I’d set this one. It will probably just sit in my To Be Set drawer for a while.

These stones arrived today and the quality is really good. I’d recommend the vendor, finestonespk on Instagram, if you’re looking for bargain and willing to take a bit of a gamble, check him out. He has some very pretty stones and is nice to work with. Shipping was crazy quick, like 4 days from Pakistan.

We are about 1.5 hrs outside of LA now (used to live in Pasadena and love that area), with my little kiddos and their current ages, southern CA is my only option for a PS get together lol. I think they have done them in the past in LA, would be so fun. Or in Orange county or San Diego on the beach lol. Im originally from San Diego and my family is still there, LaJolla Shores and the Delmar beach will always be some of my favorite places on earth:)

I don’t mind a bit! It is my HG tourmaline and I wore it for four days straight after picking it up :lol-2: I’ve been on the hunt for a statement tourmaline ring for about two years after a shady jeweler “lost” a 22ct dark forest green tourmaline ring that was in for polishing. This one tops it in Every. Single. Way.
 
Feeling boasted by how well my 1st pre-owned eBay purchase worked out (18k gold & diamond bar bracetlet on page 6), I just made another pre-owned purchase on eBay. And it's coming all the way from Japan! Finger crossed this will be a good purchase too.

I was scrolling through Instagram at 4AM unable to fall asleep and saw this ring. I had to have it. I know absolutely nothing about chrysoprase, but it just looked so juicy. As luck would have it, it’s already my size. Needless to say, it’s on the way.

I’m pregnant 37 weeks now. Feeling in pain in places I never know can have pain. Starting maternity leave next Tuesday. I’m having a gemini girl. Our first child.

I saw it too on Instagram as I couldn’t sleep at dawn. I didn’t realize that sleepless nights are part of being pregnant.

I love that stone. Looking forward for handshots. Congrats on such great buy.

I've been thinking of this Tiffany Paper Flower ring in rose gold. They brought it in for me and I saw it today, I just want to sleep on it. It's for a special occasion - I got a new job and moving to San Diego. I just can't decide whether to get it here before I go, or wait to buy it there. I want it now :kiss2:

Last two rings and I am done.

The buttercup is a existing modern design from the vendor, but no not an antique reproduction. I love the antique ones too tho! 18k yellow.
The cluster is mixed metals.
 
I picked up this 1/4 ct princess cut band yesterday to pair with my oval. I was considering the 1/2 ct version but this one was the perfect amount of sparkle for me.

Pretty! Report back on how it goes from that seller. I've seen many tempting listings from Japan and I'm always a bit wary, but the prices and pieces seem lovely!

Kind of the same...I bought stones for a pair of earring charms to be made and I'll have those done, but I really need to not buy anything for the rest of the year. I sold a bunch of small things to fund two larger rings and just need to not buy anything else for at least the rest of the year, if not longer.

The remaining projects you have in the works sound fun though!
