Hi,everyone, I'm new here and I love this place, I have learned so much knowledge about diamond and people are so nice.
Here I wanna share my diamond ring with some pics, all by iphone. Please ignor my poor short fingers, it's size 5.5 )

It is a 0.7ct D vs2 GIA3EX N,I bought a loose diamond on line and set in a jewelry store.
Although my center stone is not large enough ,but it looks like 1.0ct when it was setted,
here is the compare with a 1ct in solitaire set

If you wanna make your diamond looks larger but not in a halo setting,I think you could have one more choice.
here are the in different lights

Thank you, motownmama,I gie up the crat for the color,my friend saw my ring and made a same one, also in 0.7ct. in F color VS2, I have to say they look as white as mine D color,so I have to say ,F color is white enough for a under 1ct diamond.

it's beautiful and definitely looks huge in that setting!

I love it, I truly do. It is a feminine and beautiful setting and looks great with your band. It is a setting I could love for a lifetime.

It's the very first time I heard that I have long and thin fingers, so happy, thank you soooo much·~~~~

Beautiful graceful ring and I love the D-VS2 combo. I owned a D-VS2 in the past too but foolishly traded it in for a larger F-SI1 pear. Something very special about that icy white D color.
Congratulations and wear it in good health.
