There's no way those are D/VS1 stones. They are noticeably tinted and look included and poorly cut. I don't think this is a good deal because I suspect the bracelet will not look good in person

You could not buy 10 carats of D VS stones in a bracelet for that price. Think it would be hugely disappointing!

I’d advise caution.
Its possible the diamonds are clarity enhanced and it’s certainly unlikely that the diamonds are D colour and VS clarity at that price.
Diamonds could also be lab diamonds. At that size and being already set no purchaser is going to have them all checked or tested. Lab diamonds are diamonds but not dug out of the earth!
The seller does appear to have a good return policy so if the bracelet isn’t as good as stated you do have the option of returning for a refund. Just check first though, shipping costs are likely to still be at your cost and seeing as PayPal keeps their fee these days, your refund might be ”less PayPal’s 3%”.
