has anyone ordered from 123bridalgowns.net, or 1Valcollections.com, or BridalGown_net? their prices seem great! but i worry about buying something like a wedding gown online-- no personal attention, and then where do i go for alterations??

suggestions? comments?

I haven''t heard of these particular vendors before. I have heard of people ordering from places like Pearls Place, who are supposed to match or beat (not sure by how much) other on-line vendor''s prices for the same dress. Pearls Place You might try a search for that vendor on here.

Have you tried on a lot of dresses in shops already? Tried a David''s or similar type place just to get an idea for the types of styles that you like? You should do that first before ordering on-line. You might love the look of a dress on a model, but not love it as much on yourself.

As far as finding a seamstress, you can find one locally to do the alterations for you. Prices will vary by region, but can also vary within your locality, so you may want to talk to a few different tailors/seamstresses to make sure you are happy with the services they will provide and for the cost they quote you.
