Asking $850
Looking at this ring makes me feel like I am jumping into a pool of water! I am parting with my solid Australian Boulder Opal Ring set in a heavy bezel of 18k and a 6mm wide heavy sterling band. Size 7. It is the most comfortable ring own to wear! The stone has a ton of depth and is mesmerizing to look at. Signed L. Blumel and stamped with 18k and .925
Here is the description from Brett:
Description
Gem: Boulder Opal
Weight: 5.83 cts.
Size: 18.26 x 13.62 mm.
Color: Green, Blue, Pink, Yellow and Orange
Clarity: N/A
Cut: Oval Cabochon
Locality: Australia
Treatment: None
This Boulder Opal is just a firecracker! This piece exhibits overall a gorgeous blue color, almost a Caribbean blue, with speckled cloud like flashes of green, blue pink, yellow and orange. This is a solid, natural, untreated Opal that is just begging to be set into jewelry. The cabochon just jumps out at you and grabs attention. The orientation of the color flash is fantastic, beautiful straight on, and practicality the same from every other displayable angle. I just love this one, so fun to keep moving around in hand. I would want to pair this piece in a pendant with a medium cornflower blue sapphire in yellow Gold, and it would really pop.
