We are currently at the caterer stage of the wedding. Between those that are approved by the venue, serve what we want and have good reviews, we are left with two really good choices and I need help figuring out how to decide.
Three tomatos: My mom''s best friend who has wonderful taste and regularly deals with caterers highly reccomends them. They are well established and have been in business for over 30 years. They also have exclusive contracts with a number of local landmarks.
Haute Touch: New to the area. I have met the owner/chef and really liked him and have tried their food, which is very good. He was also one of four chefs chosen to do the last presidential inauguration.
So the food is great, the prices are the same and they are both highly respected. How do I choose? What questions should I ask? Besides the obvious, what should I be thinking about when picking a caterer? For those of you who are married, were there things you loved about your caterer, hated, wished you had known going in?
Sorry this is so long, but I really know nothing about this.
