IMG_2396.JPG So I am so indecisive and I have narrowed it to 2 diff rings and need some input ! I so appreciate it . I am remounting my 1 carat princess cut into a new setting. What are your thoughts on these two? IMG_2383.JPG

Does first one look dated or no?

It's a little hard to see from the picture but is the second one a split shank? I like that one better. I think your stone stands out more. Love your nail color too!

Oh I see better now, thank you. It isn't a split shank but I still like that one better. To me the first one sort of dwarfs your stone somewhat. What do you think? Which one do you like better?

Both are pretty - I prefer the second, I think your stone gets a little lost in the first one.

I'm honestly so undecided. Do you think the first looks dated ? I can't make a decision and my hubby is beyond done w me asking his opinion lol

Thankyou . I am driving my husband nuts. I think lol. Do you think the first is dated looking at all or no?

Also one is at the jewelry exchange, has anyone heard any good or bad about them? Making sure it is reputable. I see the commercials on tv all the time

Both settings are very similar. Maybe that's why you are having trouble deciding? Whichever setting you choose, please come back with pictures.

We purchased my rings at the Jewelry Exchange. We had a great experience with them. The associates were friendly and very helpful. We made three or four visits before deciding on a stone and they never pressured us to buy.

I know exactly how you feel, trying to decide is torturous sometimes! No, I don't think the first one is dated at all.

Agreed! I'm glad I am not the only one

This makes me feel good because I wasn't sure about them. If you read reviews they aren't always good.

Thanks for your input! I will let you know my choice ! If I ever make one

I also like the second one better - it seems to showcase the center stone whilst the first one overwhelms it a bit.

Ooh, must be so tough to decide. I actually like the first design. You have very long and slender fingers: the first ring fills it up nicely. And I love the bead set/channel set look.

So...have you decided undecided??? :D

Hi there. So I have ruled out one. The thicker one. I am still stuck between these 2. My husband said he can't see a difference. Lol. Maybe you can ..... cause we get it.

And I love your joke!

The diff is one is more flat And one more cathedral setting but very similar.

I think I prefer the first - the only thing is it looks like there's a bezel on the side of the ring, and a band might not sit flush alongside it? I don't mind a gap but I don't know how you feel.

And my husband would say the same thing as yours lol!

Is the second one too much bling ? Lol

I know. Is either one too much diamond ? I am going from a plain solitaire so this is big change for me

Only you can answer that. I approach these type of decisions (bling) emotionally. By that I mean, what is my initial reaction. If it's kind of meh, then I should keep looking. If you haven't found the one that shivers your timbers, perhaps you need to keep looking. ;))

Out of these two, my choice would be the second

I don't think it's too much diamond, I love blingy settings! But of course it doesn't matter what I think, it's what you love that counts!
