2 wonderful years

Today marks 2 years for my BF and I. Unfortunately we didn''t get to spend the day together, but we celebrated with a nice dinner out last night. It was a great night and I felt like I was falling in love all over again. Next weekend we will be going away to Vermont to celebrate. We are going to be staying at a B&B and we will do some skiing and some shopping. I can''t wait. We decided to go next weekend because this is my last week of classes for the semester, and I wanted to go when I didn''t have to worry about papers etc.

I know that a lot of people around here have been with their SOs a lot longer than 2 years, but I just wanted to share my excitment. I love him more and more everyday. As he was kissing me goodnight last night, with each kiss he said, "Here''s to 2 more years together...then 2 more...and 2 more...and 2 more..."

2 years!! That''s great!! Just because some people may have been together longer does not take away from your relationship.

We have all been there and know the WONDERFUL feeling of reaching that milestone.

Gwendolyn- The place that we are staying is in the Bolton Valley area, but I don''t know the name of the exact town.

Erin- I didn''t mean to suggest that my relationship is any less meaningful because it''s been 2 years and not longer. I guess I was just trying to express that 2 years isn''t a very long time, but it still means a lot to me. Thanks for the congratualtions, and I am hoping that the B&B is very romantic!
