OMG!!Today at work one of our customers was wearing a huge rb ring. I said "Beautiful ring! What is it 3 carats?" She replied "Close, it''s 3 1/3." Then her husband replied"She won''t wear the big one I got for our 25th anniversary!!!!!!!!!!!!" I was speachless

. I can only imagine! Of course I wanted to ask "How big of a honker have ya got at home lady," but I''ve already been reprimanded once lately for jewelry stalking. We do business with the more affluant, upscale crowd so I get to do alot of sightseeing

We had a celebrity/''80''s hasbeen tv star/ in a few weeks ago and he didn''t want to sign any paperwork. He said "I''m not giving away free autographs today

. I sign that and you''ll be selling it on ebay next week" I was like ok mr hasbeen I''ll get my manager. His wife said "Oh here I''ll sign it. She had the most luxurios diamond bracelet ever!!!! and an emerald ring to die for. I raved about her jewelry and mr. hasbeen said to my manager "She needs to be more concerned with taking care of my needs instead of drooling over my wifes jewels!!"She told him to hush and said he gets jealous and shows out when noone recognizes him or nobody gives a rats a$$ who he is.

I love my job!!!

"Guess there's just one possible prescription for the diamond-stalking syndrome: wear something these guys could stalk themselves. If my experience is relevant refference, it doesn't take long to get tired of that halo. It's pretty crazy what one can do with a bit of extra knowledge ...

On the other hand, Richard Hughes has his own recipe: not tried, he says, but pretty well planned. Did you see his post about Kashmir sapphire ?

Your has-been obviously still has delusions about still being autography-worthy. Sounds pretty conceited to boot!

Heheheh!!!! It''s so funny when stars become has-beens and can''t seem to grasp the fact that no one knows them anymore. Sounds like it could''ve been Corey Feldman?! I hear he''s having a hard time with the whole post-celebrity thing! Fame is fleeting.......

Did you see Corey Feldman on the "Surreal Life" a while back? I watched a couple episodes and he is such a cry-baby

Yeah, I saw a few episodes, couldn''t watch too many cuz it was too painful!! I feel bad (sorta) for these has-been celebs who have to resort to a reality show to buy a few more minutes of fame. I guess even bad publicity is better than no publicity! He married a real pretty girl though.....
