Looking to get a 3 ct Asscher and need all your setting ideas for inspiration! Looking for something wearer friendly, ie low set, not full of catchy prongs since I have a 7 month old.
Please post pics here for inspo!

What’s your style? Vintage, modern? Do you like white gold, yellow gold, rose? I think a bezel setting would be low set and practical with a little one

I tend toward vintage, however, the classic 3 stone asscher with side trapezoids is what I am leaning toward so far. I like platinum for my settings. I'm not sure if a bezel would affect the light return? I am open to seeing some bezel setting ideas as well, though!

Here is a cathedral that sits low and is comfortable. It is rose cut but in the shape of an asscher. 0.5 ct on size 9.

Here is an antique-y setting. Trillions instead of trapezoids. 10/10 would NOT recommend trillions. 2.0-ish ct on size 6.5.

bezels look more modern than vintage to me...i don't think it should impact light return though, here's an example

here's a faux bezel with milgrain, more of a vintage look

or there are tab prongs which i think are less prone to poke than your typical prongs...and those have a deco vibe imho
