That mounting is available as a raw casting from Unique Settings of NY. They have center stone sizes to 4 carat with varying side stone sizes. These are good castings and are much less expensive than having one fabricated by hand. Their website is not very good, so if you want a scan of this item from the catalog just let me know.

yeah.. I've seen that setting at like.. every jewelery store I've been to.. The setting I am getting, and have wanted all along is sort of close to it, so all the jewelers have tried to sell it to me.. It's very pretty, but not the one I want.. I live in buffalo ny, and some jewelers around here where i saw it
Paul's Jewelery Designs .. very good people.. and will also do custom work. I don't think there is a picture of that setting on their site, but they have it..in any size you want, and the lowest price we saw anywhere.
Ben Garelick Jewelers I didn't like them as much.. only tried to sell us what they wanted to sell us, and not what we wanted.. Thier price was higher, and the side stone were smaller, but I don't know exactly what the grades were on thier sidestones, so I don't know exactly if they were worth the price... like I said.. it was really not the setting I wanted, so i didn't pay that much attention
And the last one is
Reeds Jewelers, the one on Maple.. not the one in the mall.. I know they have a similar one there, but I cannot remember a single thing about it.. Sorry!
I would definitely recommend contacting Paul's Jewelery Designs.... They will basically do what ever you want, and at a very reasonable price.
