5 oval diamonds- what would you do with them?

i have this 5 stone ring that isn't my style, i have plenty of bling on my left hand and having them on my right is a bit over kill imo. Perhaps in an entirely different setting, a vintage style halo and use ovals for petals and use my garnet birthstone as a center? Or have them made into post earrings?
I haven't came across any photos with two ovals used in the same earring, have you? Sort of as though they were leaves. Any oval post earring photos I would love to see!

Those ovals would create a pendant with a lot of presence, I think. Maybe something with the diamonds set into a metalwork/filagree design?

+1 to the necklace / pendant idea - could do DBTY, a straight drop pendant, or something like vine leaves?

I was going to suggest a diamond by the yard necklace.

Or, what about more of a Y style necklace, with the center made of either a single oval set north south, then the other ovals on the chain, up the neck? Or second idea, three ovals creating a Y at the center and the remaining ovals along the chain.
Could even do the Y, and make earrings out of the remaining two stones, either studs or drops.
