.94 E si1 vs 1.22 I s12 help!

I am torn between both stones: .94 E si1 and 1.22 I s12. Both are eye clean and face up white. The I colored stone shows slight yellow underneath. The difference in price is minimal, so not sure which one to choose. I know I am color sensitive, but I do like size. Whether not I should sacrifice color over size is my biggest concern?

I would definitely go for the size over the color. DSS is a very scary thing.

Only you can decide if the color difference is worth the size difference. From E to I is quite a jump. I'd wait on another stone somewhere in the middle of this range if I wanted a larger stone. It's all about balance!

My thoughts are the same as MGR's, also ask WF if they know of any others in the pipeline that might be suitable. If you are colour sensitive and the I is too warm for you, then you might not be happy, maybe it would be best to wait to see if something larger in perhaps a F/G colour might be best?

Thank you for replying and the images! Those diamonds are beautiful he purchased my earrings at WF and they are very pretty. He wants to purchase through WF, not much in our range and in inventory right now. I have liked the .94 E for a long time now, I'm sure at the high color grade it will be white as can be. I've also tried on a 1 carat and it looked perfect, not too small on my finger (4.5)
