A band question

Can someone please tell me if there is any difference, or what is the difference between these bands? Is it just looks, or does it sit or look different once on? Thanks.

The baskets are different and the second band is sqaured on the outside of the band.

IMO and keep in mind that I have not seen these rings anywhere but in the photos you posted, I would say it looks like the first has a rounder look aand that the stones will be at steeper angle in the second setting. Have you tried either on?
