I had a great day yesterday with some of my gfs and my puppies hiking, sooo I figured - lets have a "refresher" thread..

Whats the last fun/relaxing/crazy/enjoyable thing/day/time you had without your SO?
There is life beyond SOs... right?

I love my SO but theres nothing like getting out and having some good hard laughs with my friends. We make fun of each other so much, it makes my heart giggle thinking about all our inside jokes.

Good topic! The boy was in Florida for a conference last week so a girlfriend and I went out to Las Vegas for the weekend. We got into all the great clubs and had a blast I''m the girl on the right.

I love this thread too! Hanging out with my girlfriends, shopping and running are my favourite ways to spend time w/o by BF. He hates all of the big crowds when we go shopping and we DO NOT get along when we go for runs together. Let me dig up some pics...


Here''s one with a bunch of girlfriends. We decided to try rowing one spring and here we are at our first (and only) regatta. Of course we made it a fashion statement rather than an athletic event!

And here is me running a half marathon this past March. My BF and I each have our own ''extra-curricular'' activities and because we live together and see each other ALL THE TIME, it''s important for us to have our individual time too!!!

funny you should mention,
My mom and i (who are rebuilding our relationship) took the day yesterday to go to a home show for holiday/Christmas fare! it was pretty fun to spend the whole day together, and not get mad at each other once (a rare feat!).

I am the very proud mother of a Corgi and a Corgi/Husky mix... And simply cannot let a Corgi go by with some love from me.

Everyone looks so cute in their pictures!!

sammyj-sugarjo those are my puppies! Champs my mature dalmatian(7yrs old) and Cheyenne is my baby corgi (1yr3months) Everyone was stopping and saying hello to them on Sunday. Surprisingly we met two people who also owned dalmatians (which is rare) and tons of people who either adored or owned corgis. Sugarjo do you have any pictures of your pups? Huskies hold a special place in my heart<3

I went out last Friday without my SO. The girls and I just went to a local establishment to celebrate one of our friends birthdays. It was a really great night to catch up, have a few drinks and dance
