I''m in Perth! Awww A family wedding. That would be fantastic!!!
I''m having a traditional wedding over in Indonesia (which is where i''m from, although i''m a Aussie now), and a simple garden wedding here in Perth. We''re trying to keep costs down. I honestly can''t justify throwing so much money into one day. I think expensive weddings are not necessarily the best, so i''m doing as much DIY stuff myself so the wedding is more affordable and personal.
And i''m only 21 (going on 22) so i dont have much savings yet LOL
Goodnight hawaiianorangetree! Thanks for all the kind words it''s so late so you must be so tired!!
I''m actually a Kiwi but I''ll Shhhhhhh..........Date: 6/29/2009 12:18:50 AM

yeah i didn''t really know what i wanted. i was gonna go for a very fitting simple chiffon dress but it was hard to walk in... and a bit more expensive too...
It was so confusing, cos my maids of honor and the salesperson kept changing their minds about which one looked best on me.
If i''m being really honest, i want the best cheapest dress i can afford... which was why i am considering this option. There was a meringue looking one that was cheaper but it was like 5 kgs (SO HEAVY) in weight.
Anyway, this dress i''m looking at is not exactly liek the picture. It has a satin top with boning that is very fitting and lots of crystals around the breast area (am i allowed to say that???) and has an A-line tulle skirt. Very simple, not to puffy.
I am having a garden wedding, which was why a simple skirt!
Luckyshe , no probs. i know what you mean!
4ever and supergirl , Hello!Nice to see fellow aussies here I agree it is a bargain. The dress was originally 1000-1500 AUD (i think!)
Thanks ladies for the input! I''m lucky to be average sized, cos all the sale dresses are the same size and i got to try all of them LMAO
hahaha Oops i should not have assumed you were Aussie!!! Sorry 4ever. Won''t make that mistake again! :pDate: 6/29/2009 8:45:22 PM
