That’s their page on Instagram. Just curious if any of you have heard of them or bought from them and what you think.

they showed me the certificate below and I’ll be purchasing an individual cabochon. However the seller says this is the only certificate available.

Never heard of this seller. You need to have a good risk appetite to buy from IG sellers. Always the chance that things can go wrong. Or you may get a bargain too. Just be careful.

The more I speak with the seller is the more I think I should steer clear.

I am not a jade expert but the price is too good to be true. You need to pay at least *5 for one piece of cabochon for something irl to look like the color &texture and vividness in that picture.
Price she is listing for one cabochon will come with inclusions. It will be either grey or not rich enough.
If you are paying for what they charge and expect the piece you receive 100% look like in the picture, you will be 99% likely disappointed.
If the cabochons are in a bracelet already but she is trying to sell them separately, I believe it was originally set in a silver setting from Burmese local market. If those are nice cabochons they won’t set it in silver! Making them into gold and diamond jade bracelet the seller can profit more. It does not make any sense the seller split and sell them.

I decided to stay far away. I did find that pricing to be a red flag for the quality. Once I started asking about official certificates and methods of safe payment the seller got quite frustrated and upset. This jade collecting hobby is really going to teach me patience. I’m just not prepared to be taken advantage of. I’ll keep saving up for a quality piece and wait until I can be provided with official certificates from sellers and safe methods of payment.

Good to hear.
Top quality Jade is very expensive.
Very expensive.
Highly treated Jade can look in photos or videos like premium quality but it’s not.
You have to deal only with very reputable people when it comes to Jade otherwise you risk being conned.
That bracelet, in the photo, is low quality. Look at the prongs on the white stones, it looks costume jewellery quality.
And those certificates are a dime a dozen.

Thanks for the feedback, these forums are extremely helpful. I’ll continue to save my $ and keep shopping around until I find something in the price range I like and a trustworthy seller.
