#JOTW Acinom's colors

:lickout: So many beautiful colors!! Thank you for sharing these, Acinom! A true feast for the eyes!

Love the new group shots and the untreated blue asscher topaz is gorgeous, thanks for sharing!

Glad to hear you found a yellow stone that you like.

DK

You're definitely going to need more fingers to wear all these gorgeous baubles!Which ring are you wearing the most recently? [emoji23] [emoji16]

Thanks for sharing the photo of the round topaz. Are you doing a pave shank for the twisted Emilya setting?

I'm interested to see the finished danburite ring, you don't often see danburite jewelry. The yellow looks lovely!

The asscher setting that Sparklieslover posted is beautiful! The sides are gorgeous [emoji4]

My Danburite arrived at the jeweller!

Excited to see how this is set!
Because I have a tsavorite that is exactly the same cut. It's not that round, so I don't know how to set it...

Mine will be set in a Marc Williams Goldsmith setting with a 'scalloped' bezel

I see

I can see you don't like diamond accents that much

I would want a lot of diamonds to go with my tsavy though. Maybe I could scallopped inner bezel it and then halo it

Thank you Voldenuit. The lighting was not so good yesterday (end of day) so I will try to make some more today

Thanks for liking the group pics and the Asccher topaz DK!

I am thrilled with the Danburite by Precision Gem. Very curious to see the setting by Marc Williams

Hi Mochiko :wavey: I am currently wearing the bypass ring often, but I only had the new rings for a couple of days and I am choosing a new ring to wear every week/ 2 weeks.

The twisted Emilya will have a plain shank.

Marc will make a start with the Danburite ring next week!! It will probably be ready by the end of August.

I love the setting that Sparkliesluver suggested as well. It's a great alternative for the french cut shank

Ah, that sounds spectacular OTL!
I indeed personally seem to prefer a minimum of diamond accents in the shank.

Made some more group pics today:

The family photos make me happy just looking at all the pretty colours together. You are a lucky lady, Acinom, to have such an amazing collection of heirloom-quality jewelry. I think you need to have a deluxe bling photo of you wearing all your rings at the same time [emoji16]. (I still think you're missing a glowy red ruby though! Not that I want to encourage you to break your ban or anything [emoji56] [emoji48] )

Hi Acinom! Do you have any other pics of the ring with the red stone (garnet? ruby?) that is in the bezel? I love the style of that ring!

Thanks!

Hi Lovedogs :wavey: Do you mean the one below? It's a rubellite tourmaline from Gemfix in a platinum setting from BE (Brilliantly Engaged). It's inspired by a setting from Single Stone. You could try their FB or website.

Whahaha  you are such an enabler Mochiko. Especially as I would love to wear a ruby. A year ago I fell in love with one but it was tiny and the price was relatively high.
But my ban will be pursued no matter what. And I will enjoy my red Spess!

Thanks for more pics! The setting is gorgeous! Love the cut outs--its like a split + solid shank combo :)

My pleasure DK, Arkieb Ricezo and lovesdogs :wavey:
Arkieb: thank you! The Paraiba cab and the blue sapphire are among my favourites as well.
Ricezo and Lovesdogs: thank you for liking my rubellite ring! BE did such a great job on that one.

I love the green-blue tourmaline. Beautiful. And, of course, I am a fan of all your bezels. Nice collections.

:appl: :appl: :appl:

The group shots have left me speechless. LOVE the intensity of colors your stones have. THANK YOU for sharing all these photos with us.

Acinom, your collection is inspiring! Wow. I fear you will inspire me to bankrupt myself if I keep reading this thread. I love your topaz' and look forward to seeing them set.

Can I ask what the average cost of setting them has been for you?

Thank you for your kind words Kimberley.

My 3 newest rings from David were all around 1300 USD.
My most expensive settings are the LM setting for the faceted Paraiba and the 'diamond sugar' halo ring from VC.

So much pretty in one place has me in awe! I continue to drool over the paraiba masterpiece with such a dreamy tropical water feel to it *sigh*, and the rubellite is so enticingly juicy that I want to drink it up! And, of course, that gorgeous sapphire is to die for…well let's face it, they are all simply gorgeous!

BTW - the paraiba looks out of this world on your hand - glad to see you got it.

What a stunning collection you have! :appl:

Delicious collection!! I think the E-W set spessartite is my favorite!

Its so neat that everyone has a different favorite - it just shows you are doing a lot right, acinom!

Acinom, you're probably sick and tired of hearing this, but count me in as another fan of your collection!

I LOOOOOVE your bezeled cabochon. Would you mind sharing who made it for you? I'm considering a similar project.
