Okay so we all have stared at and drooled over SO MANY wedding pics on this board, or ideas people have had... so here's your opportunity to post about ones that you've REALLY LOVED, coveted, or have inspired you.

Where possible, post a pic!

For me, there have been so many. But ones that REALLY stand out are GingerB's red roses. I severly disliked red roses until I saw her wedding pics. Plus I REALLY coveted her photographer.

Ebree's photographer too!

I cannot express how much I ADORE Facetfire's Ramona K gown!

And Robbie's wedding pic of her in front of those doors. As well as the choice of black BM gowns, black men's attire and red roses with her in white as the focus!!

Oh, and JCrow's venue! SWOON!

oooohh fun!!

I basically loved all of neatfreak''s wedding, but this picture just sticks in my head for the way I want to feel on my wedding day. Relaxed, carefree, and in love!!! So jealous of the trolly!!

Ries'' TACORI tiara. WOWSERS!

Gosh Gypsy, I''m in complete and total agreement!!! - FacetFire''s RK dress is by far my favorite that I''ve ever seen on PS! It just seems so elegant, yet high fashion at the same time!

I have a lot of favourites that I covet, but here are the ones that come to mind right off the bat:

1. GingerbCookies wedding: I''ll be completely honest - I was a lurker back when Ginger was married, and I spent a LOT of time going through her wedding threads. It actually started my obsession with Reem Acra''s Adored dress - and for those of you who have seen my threads, you''ll see that I ended up buying that dress!!! Last year when my best friend got engaged and I was in the states with her to try on dresses, I made her try it on because I loved it so much!!! And then, a year later and it''s my turn!! I never thought it would look good on me!! I felt marginally pathetic when the sales associate pulled it out and I thought "OMG it is Ginger''s dress!!!" haha I really think her wedding (and her amazing pics) excude elegance and class and her and her hubby seemed genuinely thrilled to be getting married.

2. JCrow: another wedding that I have stalked!! From the dress to the flowers to the earrings and her gorgeous bridal photographs - it was just stunning!!! Another Reem bride (hmm...maybe I should have known I''d end up with a Reem too!!) and again, very elegant and classy.

3. Ries'' beautiful wedding in my city of Toronto!!: We share the same colours and I always dreamt of a wedding where she held hers - so I definitely have coveted all things about her wedding - from the flowers to the decor to the location - most of all how she glowed in her pics!!

I have loved so many of the PS weddings - I hate to pick just three. But - if I had to pick the ones that I''ve gone back to the most, these are them!!

Awe, thanks gypsy! I love the pic of Laney and her hubby walking on the beach and the one of flee12 sitting on her hubby''s lap laughing. They''re in the wedding album that''s on the right side of the bww page. I tried to drag them into the post, but it didn''t work.

FUN!!!!

1. All of Harleigh''s ideas.... her invitation boxes were soooo adorable. Her wedding party attire. Her colors. Everything she does is so creative and unique.

2. COLOR in the wedding party! LOVE THIS!!! Teal dresses and orange flowers. Purple and silver.... (please no offense to those who chose black for their BMs dresses..... Out of the 8 weddings we''ve been to in the last year, 7 had black! Just a little tired of seeing this) I just love splashes of color in the dresses and flowers. Just brightens it up!!!

3. Colored shoes for my wedding day..... I was thinking something blue (though my mother is highly opposed to this idea and thinks it''s ridiculous!)

*Disclaimer for comment re: black BM dresses............. may I also add that there is a reason so many brides choose black. It is simply fabulous!*

Aw, thanks Gypsy and Cleopatra! You guys make me feel so good about my choice!

Without a doubt, my top favorites are gingerBcookie''s wedding photos. I went back to her thread, but none of them show up anymore. So, gingerBcookie, if you see this, please post a couple of your stunning photos! They are drool worthy and exactly what I am trying to find in a local photographer. I called her photographer, but she won''t travel.

I am off to search for photos to post for my other favorites...

Hmmm....I had black BMs dresses....I think they are classic.

Anyways, love GingerB''s photos. My favorite for sure.

Here is a link to a more recent thread where Ginger posted a few pics and the link to her pro pics :-) Oh and not to look like a complete stalker, she has a profile on the knot with pics still there :-)

https://www.pricescope.com/community/threads/paging-gingerbcookie.70345/

As far as the black bm dresses go, while I too love seeing colour, I am going with black to try to be a little easier on my BMs - they are buying off the rack so they can choose something they''ll wear again. But I agree about also loving colour!!

Not to seem like another stalker... but can you link me to her profile on the knot (as long as that''s not a no no)

Hahah I''m not sure if we can do that - I checked and unfortunately they were just her planning pics :-( Sorry for the tease.

But her videos were on that other page I linked to!

I wish she''d come back and post her pics again!!

omg you ladies are too sweet! i''m reading this thread and feeling all giddy about our wedding all over again! hubby asked why i was all giggly and it old him and he just rolled his eyes and said only other crazy brides can appreciate what crazy brides did/do for the wedding! lol...so true. anyways, since i''m on call tonight and will likely be up all night i''ll start a new thread with my pics on it. just warning ya''ll, i have a kajillion and may possibly sit here and post them all!

gosh, as far as coveting, i lurk on this board all the time to drool over all ya''lls wedding detials, but the most recent ones that come to mind are:

facetfire''s romona keveza -- simply fabulous
musey''s absolute perfection of a wedding dress -- i sooo covet the pleating details
urbanvenus''s dress -- pick-up perfection
mandarine''s invites -- i love the brocade detailing

gosh, there are just so many i can''t even begin to remember. oh! jcrow''s ENTIRE wedding. SO gorgeous.

and lovey''s wedding hair -- vintage, romantic, so so so lovely

i could go on and on. the brides on ps have exquisite taste

Gosh, Neveah, so sorry I missed this thread! I think I have finally come far enough out of my funk to actually join the human race again and have been trying to catch up on all of the posts.

Thanks so much for your kind words...I had no idea anyone thought my ideas were that good! I just kind of plod along and throw stuff together that fits my personality and HOPE it works! It means a lot that you''ve enjoyed them so much!

I guess I need to update my thread to include everything I''ve finished since the last time I posted there (which ain''t much, let me tell you!) but I did finish the reception STD''s and got both the MOB and MOG dresses, so I''ll post those when I return from my dr''s appt and errands.

Thanks again, Neveah...you are just too kind.

I just want to steal Mandarine''s invites!! Or take her over to Ireland and have her do mine

Musey and Facetfire''s dresses! Such unbelievably gorgeous gowns and they both seem to really fit their personalities to a TEE!

I loved MsFlutter''s vegas wedding too....oh, makes me want to relive my own wedding day.

I, too, lust after Musey''s dress. The hem and the beading are just to-die-for!

awww thank you bee and ginger!!! You guys are so sweet!

The invites have been a huge hit!! People couldn''t believe they were DIY!!

I ADORE Musey''s dress. Ginger''s entire wedding (like everyone else) and pretty much anyone that had cute pictures with their dogs on their wedding. Who was it that ahd Izzie the big horse dog?...aww, that was way too cute!

M~

My favorite weddings:

GingerCookie''s for the sheer unadulterated elegance. It was magazine worthy; more classy than most celebrity nuptials.

Deco''s for the spontaneous fun atmosphere and friendly vibe. Colorful and cute without kitsch. Very original.

Surfgirl''s for the romance of being a destination elopment. Beautiful location, great photography, and she gets the prize for "Best Use of a Bridesmaid Dress as Wedding Dress".

jcrow''s because she was so sweetly pretty as a bride, and I loved her deep red accent colors.

fatafelice''s wedding on the beach that was all about love and family, and the truly important things.

SanDiegoLady''s wedding on a ship! Lovely family pictures, cool location, and she was frickin'' gorgeous in her ''off-the-internet, can-you-believe-I-got-it-for-this-price'' dress!

Matata''s Spanish(?) wedding where her husband forgot his shoes and wore tennies!

neatfreak''s SF destination wedding. She was more gorgeous than the scenery!

Elequin''s beautiful Greek honeymoon I swooned over. I''m still drooling.

Blushingbride''s fantastic location and yummy Vera Wang dress.

And who''s wedding was in Italy, and her mom made the dress? I can''t find the thread, but it was a beautiful wedding.

Those are the ones that stand out for me; but there were many more that were really beautiful. I remember someone''s upper West Coast wedding location was shrouded in fog, which made the pictures so surreal and romantic, but I don''t remember their name.

Wow Holly S - you''ve got a great memory!!! Thanks for the compliments!

Most of the ones you listed are my personal faves too. I think my favorite was Jcrow''s, but I also LOVED Mela Lu''s, Chellebelle, Dani''s, Jas12''s, Jaders731, Fatafellice and Surfgirls!!! However, EVERYONE had beautiful weddings and celebrated in style!
36.gif

blushingbride: Yes, I did forget to mention chellebelle''s beautiful dress w/bolero jacket; and Jas12 was our first PS Dora bride, wasn''t she? She so rocked that dress!

I'm honored (and a bit surprised) that anyone remembered my little elopement...

There are a ton of lovely weddings on here and its always so fun to see people in their wedding finery...I remember so many lovely days, but deco, neatfreak and Jaders stand out in my mind. That one photo of Jaders was incredible, looking over her shoulder with that "come hither" look in her eyes...wow... I almost wanted to marry her after seeing that photo!

ETA: holly, it was melalu's wedding that was in Italy!
