Hey all, ''tis the season for new creative gifts for family. I''m getting my aunt a silver picture frame. I''m considering a few things. I found a picture of her holding my cousin (her daughter) on her lap, my cousin was about 6 at the time. In the picture (a regular color shot at a family birthday party. It''s a fairly laid back picture, but it''s cute, my cousin being the youngest of 4, getting her own cuddle. I''m thinking of putting that one in a frame, but not sure. I want to get her a frame that''s been engraved. Her first grandchild (a girl) was born 2 years ago. Her other two grandchildren were supposed to have born in November. Unfortunately, the twins didn''t survive the womb.
This has been a tough year for her, with the grandchildren passing before birth (her oldest son''s children), and shortly after, her husband of 38 years filing for divorce. He has since come home, and all is normal again.
I am wondering what I can put on this frame for her. I''m thinking of "You are Loved" or "The Smiths" or "Our Family" or something. That way she can put whatever picture she wants in it. My aunt is the best aunt you could find, and as I said, had a very tough year. I want to show her that she is appreciated and loved. Any ideas?
