Has anyone been to Auga Resort and Spa?

We are considering going there...it looks pretty cool but we are not 100% sure. I''m having a real hard time finding a place to go..we really want peace and quiet.
Budget: 10K (but would like to keep it under) flying out of Houston....any suggestions??
