SilverMom,
Do you ever stack your bangle?

I never stack because I do not want to risk breakage.
I agree with you!
My regular seller said for permanent stacking can harm the bangle

Thank you
That is one of my favorite
Do you have a favorite piece that you wear everyday?

I like all of my bangles so I don't have a favorite. I just wear the one that matches the clothes I am wearing that day.
You are so lucky, with your gorgeous collection you got all the amazing and rare colors

Yes it does, similar with YS

I bought this 30 years ago on a trip to China. A friend took me to her local jewelers. They had a bunch of these bracelets. This one was twice the price of the others (but not very expensive). I was told because this was "old jade" (her translation). I never wear it anymore because I like bigger pieces of jewelry now. Is it worth having the stones moved to another setting or I should just save it for my daughter.

jadebracelet.jpg

Note: The picture doesn't do it justice...the stones are more vibrant emerald green color and semi-transparent.

Here is a stone that was passed down to me. It was too large for me, so I had it set in a ring for my husband almost 30 years ago. But he doesn't wear rings anymore so I really should do something else with it. I know nothing about jade but was told it had some value (besides sentimental).

This is a very nice even vibrant green translucent bracelet. How big is the stones? I would keep it.

Thanks...the stones are small but not tiny (too lazy to take it out to measure). I always liked them because they looked like emeralds in the sunlight.

This is just so gorgeous, I would not touch it and I would wear it. Quality like this is hard to find.

Saw a picture of this one very recently with credit given to Tom Banker. It is a single solid carved piece, making use of the natural dual colour to make a likeness of the Goddess Kuan Yin.

What a mind-blowing piece of artwork!

Your pendants are all so lovely. Just wanted to share my blue jade bangle and my blue pendant. It was hard to find a blue exactly the same color as my bangle but this is the closest that I found.
